Provides 24 hours / 7 days a week suicidal crisis and emotional distress support.  

SAMHSA Help Line 

Provides 24 hours / 7 days a week referral and informational support for mental health and substance use. Referrals can help connect you with local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.

The Trevor Project

Provides 24 hours / 7 days a week crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) young adults.  

Trans Lifeline 

Provides support for and by trans people. This support resource connects trans and questioning people with peer supports who will listen and have shared lived experiences.

Provides crisis response, advocacy, therapy, and family services to sexual assault survivors and their families/caregivers. 

Harborview Abuse & Trauma Center

Provides services to individuals and families impacted by violence, including therapy and free crisis assistance, medical and legal advocacy, information, and referral.

New Beginnings

Support for survivors of domestic violence, including advocacy, support groups, help with housing and legal needs, and mental health counseling.

The Northwest Network

Support for LGBTQ survivors of violence, stalking, and harassment, including advocacy-based counseling, safety and support planning, basic legal advocacy, and resources and referrals.

Provides free short-term counseling, consultation, and crisis services.
